The UAE's First AI Academy for Real Estate Is Here, And It's Not Like Any Training You've Seen

The UAE real estate sector has a talent problem. Not a shortage of people, a shortage of people who can operate at speed in an AI-driven, data-heavy market. ThinkProp Venture, the training arm of Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), is betting it has found the solution.

The ThinkProp AI Academy, launched this week across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is the first initiative of its kind in the UAE. It's designed for real estate professionals, sales teams, and business operators who don't just want to understand AI, they want to use it to close deals, make better decisions, and outperform the competition.

What Makes This Different From Ordinary Training

Most professional training works like this: you attend sessions, receive information, pass a test, and move on. ThinkProp AI Academy is built on a fundamentally different premise: performance-driven enablement.

The academy integrates AI throughout every stage of the learning process, not just the content. That means personalised learning paths, simulation-based practice scenarios, data-driven skill assessments, and ongoing measurement of the training's actual impact on real-world performance.

ℹ️ The Core Shift:

Jasem Alhosani, Operations Lead at ThinkProp: "Our focus is on ensuring individuals are ready to perform, with clear visibility on their readiness and decision-making." This is training that reports outcomes, not attendance.

Who Is It For?

The academy offers courses across real estate, sales, project management, marketing, and general business operations. While the primary audience is real estate professionals, agents, brokers, developers, and their teams, the curriculum is broad enough to be valuable across business functions.

Courses are built to meet the specific requirements of the UAE market, with alignment to the three key regulatory bodies:

  • Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC)
  • Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai Land Department (DLD)

That regulatory alignment matters. Completed certifications carry weight with employers and regulators, not just on a CV.

Global Credentials, Local Relevance

ThinkProp has partnered with AI CERTs®, a world leader in AI certification, to deliver globally recognised credentials. The academy isn't offering proprietary certificates that only mean something within the UAE market. It's offering qualifications that professionals can take anywhere.

🔑 Expansion Plan:

After the UAE launch, ThinkProp plans to expand into the wider GCC, then the broader Middle East, followed by Chinese markets. The initial cohort targets 100+ professionals, with course offerings expected to double by the end of 2026.

Why This Matters for the Sector

Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, framed the academy's broader purpose clearly: the real estate industry is entering a digital and competitive era where professionals who can't navigate AI tools will struggle to stay relevant.

The ThinkProp AI Academy is a direct response to that shift, an investment in human capital that the sector has been slow to make. For individual professionals, it's a genuine competitive edge. For firms, it's a structured way to upskill entire teams against measurable benchmarks.

In a market as fast-moving as Dubai real estate, that kind of systematic capability building isn't a luxury. It's starting to look like a necessity.
