Dubai's Remraam Residents Face 20-Month Relocation as Major Building Remediation Begins

Residents in Dubai's Remraam community have been handed temporary eviction notices as a long-running remediation programme is set to begin in July 2026. Buildings will be vacated for between 16 and 20 months, with compensation and relocation allowances offered by developer Dubai Holding Community Management.
