Located in the high-demand Jumeirah Garden City, the groundbreaking ceremony marks a significant milestone for the firm, which also took the opportunity to unveil plans for its next landmark project in Dubai Production City.
With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Dh130 million, ELMORA has already captured significant investor interest, with nearly 80% of its units sold out prior to the start of construction.

The project is being developed in partnership with GRID, acting as the Development Lifecycle Management (DLM) partner to oversee everything from design and construction to marketing.
