Dubai has launched the third phase of its Ethraa programme, an initiative designed to strengthen the emirate's non-profit sector through better governance, stronger financial management and clearer institutional standards. The Community Development Authority, which runs the programme, confirmed that all 146 non-profit organisations under its supervision are taking part, a full 100 percent engagement rate.
The programme supports the goals of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, the emirate's long-term social development plan, by helping charities and non-profit groups sharpen their operations while reinforcing their role in community development and social cohesion across Dubai.

More than 146 leaders from participating organisations attended the programme's launch workshop at Al Khawaneej Majlis, where CDA officials outlined the tools and support structures on offer.
