Dubai, UAE – Emirates Airlines and Etihad Airways have announced further cancellations of flights to and from major United States destinations, including New York, Newark, and Boston. The disruptions are a direct result of the severe snowstorm currently impacting the US East Coast.

In an official statement, Emirates confirmed the cancellation of several direct and connecting flights between Dubai and the US. Passengers with connecting flights to New York, Newark, and Boston on these services will not be accepted for travel at their point of origin.

Etihad Airways Cancellations (February 23-24, 2026)
Etihad Airways has similarly grounded key routes connecting Abu Dhabi (AUH) to the US East Coast. The airline warned that due to evolving weather conditions, further delays or cancellations remain possible.
